Principally we offer architectural & interiors design with the capacity to offer related design services from residential planning permission to development service.

Although every design is unique, we do follow the industry standard stages of work.

Alan manages every project from start to finish, listening carefully to your needs and confirming suitability of the design and costs throughout.

MATT FOX
Matt’s expertise is in traditional and ecological design specification and detailing. He leads on the preparation of the detail design packages, confirming compliance with building regulation and providing an outstanding specification to suit the project.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
GILL BAKER
Gill Baker has over 10 years experience and has successfully gained over 90 planning and listed building consents, including Dartmouth Market and the Engine Houses featured on Grand Designs.
Gill has worked for an award winning conservation architect, is fully insured and maintains good relationships with planning and building control.
Typically, various other consultants need to be appointed to form the design team.
As design team leader we would liaise with them and feedback to you the relevant information.
These would include:

• Party Wall Surveyor
• Quantity Surveyor
• Services Engineer
• Ecologist
